Still on track. I been packing my lunches and drink plenty of water. Tonight is my late night at work. Sometime it flies by others it drags. I have 2 appts tonight one has already been a no show. the other isn't until 7 pm. Let's hope one shows.
Last night I exercised on Ellie (elliptical) while watching old Sex in the City reruns. It makes the time go by so fast. I also did stomach and legs. Tonight is my off night. Wednesday I am going to try my hardest to get up extra early and get in a DVD workout and maybe try to do Ellie at night.
