Day 1,2&3

3 days on 30 day challenge. It's going well.
I have cut back on salt & sugar.
I have maintained my water intake.
I still need to work on my exercise.
my plan for the week is to workout on:
Monday PM, Wednesday AM and Friday AM
I have a hard time getting started on a workout plan
once I start I do great until something interrupts me
I will stay focused this time
